This workshop will present a practical, somatic pathway to freedom based on the integrated intelligence of body, mind and spirit. Yoga posture practice can offer genuine freedom of body, mind and spirit only if it is based directly on the inherent integrity and intelligence of the body. By applying the Dynamics of Inetgrity to action and movement yoga postures become able to not only integrate body and mind, but also reveal their spiritual origin and nature. Only when the spiritual nature of body and mind becomes clear on the basis of direct expereince can the freedom that yoga offers become a lived reality.

| Saturday 15.00 - 18.00 45 | THE ART OF BACKBENDS We will explore in practice the dynamic principle of action without which backbends strain, weaken adn damaga the lower back. |
| Sunday 10.00 - 13.00 45 | THE ART OF MOVEMENT We will explore the art of breath-body synchronisation and its meditative potential in the practice of Xandranamaskar, Suryanamaskar and their component ullolas. |
| Sunday 15.00 - 18.00 45 | ACCESSING THE CORE We will apply the seven universal actions to engage the core bandhas (mulabandha, uddyanabandha, jalandharabandha) with the support of the peripheral bandhas (hastabandha, padabandha). |
| Monday 10.00 -13.00 45 | ESTABLISHING THE SPIRAL DYNAMIC OF INTEGRITY We will use the postures and seuencing of Vinyasasukasya series to integrate the seven universal actions spirallically into the relationship between the ribcage and the pelvis (merubandha). |
| Monday 15.40 - 18.40 45 | INTERNALISING AWARENESS We will use the seven universal actions within the context of Vinyasamerasya series to establish deep internal awareness of the presence of consciousness as the body. |
| Tuesday 10.00-13.00 45 | ACTIVATING THE WHOLE BODY We will integrate the core and peripheral bandhas into sarvangabandha by activating the whole body on the Dynamics of Integrity within the context of Vinyasaxikitsa series. |
| Tuesday 15.00 - 18.00 45 | PRANAYAMA We will explore in practice the art of pranayama both in action, and in stillness, and its relationship to the Dynamics of Integrity. |
| Wednesday 10.00 - 13.00 45 | INTEGRATING THE WHOLE BODY We will apply sarvangabandha to the challengs of assymetrical standing postures so that they are able to recalibrate and integrate the whole body. |
| Wednesday 15.40 - 18.40 45 | UJJAYI BREATHING We will explore in practice the relationship between the bandhas and pranayama in what is esoterically known as Ujjayi breathing and its relationship to the meditative mind. |

Founder of the Life Centre, London, yoga programme he is perhaps the most significant and influential yoga teacher in Europe, having trained hundreds of international yoga teachers, and published four popular yoga books, including the ground breaking "Dynamic Yoga".
